Peer groups
Your classmates and fellow interns are not your competition, they are your future coworkers.
- The person sitting next to you today might be a manager at Google in five years. If you help them now, they will help you later. This is called Horizontal Networking.
- Start a small Study Group or Job Search Club with 3-4 friends. Share which companies are hiring and which ones are visa-friendly. Having a small group of people you trust makes the scary job search feel much easier.
